Our second stay here proved as exceptional as the first over a year ago. All but one of the desk staff were always helpful and all other staff we met were friendly and helpful too. We ate at the restaurant "Irelands" which we found to be exceptional food and service and well worth the expense. The bar staff in "Zen" were super friendly and provided great service. Adjacent golf courses are beautiful and challenging but we were disappointed by the unhelpful and unfriendly approach of one of the younger men directing folks onto the first tee and providing the carts. ...read more

It was perfect for what our purpose was, which was to relax and have some down time. The rooms were very clean and I loved that the bathroom was very spacious along with the room itself. We expected far more from a Hyatt facility. We have stayed at other places that felt more like a get away than this place. Felt too much like a apartment. Would not recommend to friends or family.

Honestly, nickel and dimming people for internet access is such a huge negative. Hyatt and other upscale hotels continue this practice because they can I suppose. But it does not bring goodwill. I think these hotels need to decide if it is worth it. ...read more
